Russ Rogg - President USA of ASPECTA by Metroflor
Russ joined Metroflor Corp. in March of 2011 after having spent 13 years with Wilsonart Flooring in a variety of capacities, including Director of Sales.
His expertise in promoting and marketing branded products with high quality and reliability has translated admirably to the Metroflor organization. He is positioning the company with new and innovative resilient flooring options to take advantage of the fast-paced growth the LVT category is experiencing. Russ is a graduate of Thiel College in Greenville, PA where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accountings
Paul Eanes – VP of Sales for ASPECTA by Metroflor
Paul has been in the floorcovering business for over 30 years, with sales leadership positions at Milliken, Laufen Ceramic Tile, and most recently Amtico, where he spent 10 years as the Vice President of Sales. He joined Metroflor in May 2013
Rhonda Ross – Sustainability Consultant
Rhonda worked as an English teacher and then in banking before making a career change to develop her interest in environmental matters.
She helped found Centiva in 1994, and while initially involved in all areas of the business, she became increasingly interested in sustainability. Taking a very holistic approach, all areas of the company’s operation were examined through a green lens. Rhonda then became a sustainability specialist. She firmly believes that all businesses, no matter what industry or service, can do their part to make the environment a better place
Robert Langstaff – Designer
Robert is a painter and sculptor represented by Kouros Gallery in New York City. In addition, he is a product and surface designer working under the name of Langstaff Studio.
He has designed award-winning wallcovering, laminate, and vinyl film products for several domestic and international companies. Lately, Robert's focus has been on counter top laminates, laminate flooring and luxury vinyl tile.
Robert's design and color styling always meet current and future trends because his intuitive design vision is balanced with a logical understanding of the market's aesthetic needs.
Judy Wolgast – Designer
In design management for over 25 years, Judy’s work with both large and small corporations has evolved into a diverse expertise in decorative surfacing, furniture, textiles, advertising and merchandising graphics.
A BFA in Design propelled Judy to pursue a career where creativity abounds. She has held senior positions with Samsonite Corporation, Nevamar, SchattDecor and Interprint Inc.
Judy served in officer and board positions for both the Industrial Designers Society of America and Color Marketing Group, where she was awarded Lifetime Membership. Recently, she was inducted into the Surface Design and Laminate Industry Hall of Fame.
