Materials & Resources: Interior Fit Out
Metroflor believes in a holistic approach that has us examining our product throughout its entire life cycle. Believing in transparency, we convey that information to the public. We participated in an industry wide EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) for LVT by the RFCI. Going further, we prepared a LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) for Aspecta that was third party reviewed. NSF/ANSI 332 certification ensures that we have examined our product and processes and their effects. Our Platinum certification which is the highest level shows our commitment to sustainability.

Indoor Environment: Volatile Organic Compounds
Aspecta tiles and planks, including all recommended adhesives, have been independently tested and FloorScore® certified by a third party certifier. These certifications ensure that our products meet indoor air quality VOC emission requirements set by CA Section 01350 Specification for indoor air quality. All recommended adhesives meet the standards of SCAQMD (South Coast Air Quality Management District) Rule 1168.” The link under this category should be to a landing page where the user can view/download any FloorScore certificate for Aspecta or the adhesives/sealers.
